Yes. By law, you must be at least 18 years of age and present one of the following: Driver’s License, Passport, Provincial ID, Citizenship, Indian Status Certificate, or Provincial Residence Card.

For our Calgary locations, two (2) pieces of government-issued identification is required.

Note: Stolen merchandise will never be considered. We will notify the police if we believe you are attempting to sell stolen goods. We keep detailed records of all transactions. You will be required to sign a form stating you are the lawful owner of the items you are selling, and that they are neither stolen nor the proceeds of crime.

Yes — we do buy jewellery with diamonds and other gemstones.

– For diamonds, we assess clarity, cut, carat, and colour, and make an offer based on market demand.
– For gemstones, we’ll evaluate them case by case. Some may add value to your payout, while others (like small accent stones or non-precious gems) may not significantly affect the offer.

You’re welcome to keep any stones if you prefer — we’re happy to remove them for you whenever possible.
