Welcome to Canada Gold Quebec City
Our store is located approximately 1 km from Galeries de la Capitale, one of the largest and most well-known shopping malls in Québec City and a popular local landmark. We’re located in a small enclosed shopping mall. Customers can park for free in the parking lot of the shopping mall.
Canada Gold in Quebec City first opened in April of 2023. We have two private offices and one reception desk at our location. The reception desk is used to handle some transactions during busy periods, allowing us to assist more customers when needed.
Customers love us for our outstanding customer service, honesty, and personalized approach. We make it a priority to respond to all emails, phone calls, and voicemails in a timely manner. We take the time to listen to our customers, find solutions for their needs, and follow up with them, even when we do not have the exact product they are looking for at that moment. Our pricing is based on the current market value of the precious metal you are buying or selling and we make money on volume, not on maximizing the value of each transaction like a pawn shop. We sell bullion at a small percentage above the market rate to our buying customers and buy gold and silver jewellery and bullion from our selling customers at a small percentage below the market rate.

Not Just Precious Metals
In addition to buying precious metals and selling bullion, we also offer diamond purchasing services, so if you’re looking to sell an unwanted ring, necklace or bracelet or other piece of jewellery with diamonds, we can make you an offer at the time of your visit.
We do selectively purchase gemstones as well, so you are more than welcome to bring in any gemstone jewellery for an evaluation.
All of our evaluations of customer jewellery and bullion are free. We perform the evaluation in your presence and provide you with a quote once the evaluation is complete. You can decide to sell your items to us or keep them and there is never any pressure from us to sell.
