1. Interac Debit (international debit cards will be processed as a credit card)

  • Add “Canada Gold” as a payee. Use the order number given during your purchase
  • Share your payment confirmation number with us
  • Bullion will be released upon payment clearance which is typically 1-3 business days depending on the clients bank.

  • Ensure exact amounts. We do not provide change on bank drafts
  • Present bank draft at the Canada Gold office on the same day that they are dated
  • Your bullion is available for pickup after a clearance period of 4-5 business days. On a case by case basis, your product may be released after 1 business day for bank drafts under $25,000.
 

6. Cash

  • Cash payments over $10,000 will be reported to FINTRAC
  • Instant access to your bullion upon payment
 

7. Credit Cards and International Debit/Debit-Credit Cards 

  • These payments incur a 2.4% surcharge
  • Instant access to your bullion upon payment

Canada Gold does not accept payment by cheque or direct deposit to RBC tellers. Such funds can not be verified and will be declined.
 
Please ensure you have photo ID available at time of pickup for verification.
 
You will be contacted directly by phone once remote payments have been verified at which point you will be able to pick up your items
 
Please confirm inventory and exact amounts before proceeding with any payment. Payments received without a ticket/order number will not be accepted.
