What kind of dental scrap do you accept?
All forms! We accept all kinds of dental scrap that contain precious metals. This includes: PFMs, inlays/onlays, casting plates, silver alloy and unused amalgom. Please call us if you are unsure if we accept something before sending it to us.
How will I know when Canada Gold receives my dental scrap?
Once we receive your package, you will be notified via email that it has arrived. If at any time you would like a status update of where your package is, feel free to give us a call!
How long will it take to receive my payment?
Payments are typically issued within 72 hours of receiving your dental gold package. You will receive an e-transfer with your funds from Canada Gold.
Is my kit safe?
Yes. Your dental scrap is insured and tracked throughout both the mail in and testing process. Shipments are processed as soon as they are received and are monitored by our experienced gold buyers.
