Canada Gold Ottawa West
Our Ottawa West location is located in the Carlingwood Mall, which is relatively small and very easy to navigate. There is ample parking at the mall parking lot and every entrance is ACA compliant as there are automatic doors with enough space for a wheelchair.
To park closest to Canada Gold, you’ll want to enter via the Scotiabank /Canadian Tire entrance off Carling avanue, which is a very short distance to Canada Gold.
Carlingwood Shopping Centre is one of Ottawa’s older and well established shopping malls, in existence since the 1950s and near the scenic Ottawa River and the parkway system. Canada Gold moved to Carlingwood Shopping Center from Westgate Shopping Center late 2025.
In our store, we have four sales/evaluation desks as well as a private room. The front reception desk is sometimes used to serve customers as well when we’re busy. We have two gemologists on staff and at least one is usually available on weekdays.
