Bullion Payment Options
When you buy bullion from a Canada Gold location, there are many ways you can pay.
Please call us before paying for an order online or through your bank to receive a unique order number and confirm your total.

British Columbia and Alberta
Online Bill Payment
- Please call or visit your local Canada Gold office to confirm inventory and exact amounts before proceeding with payment.
- Recommended for purchases over $10,000.
- Available with RBC, TD, Scotiabank, BMO and major credit unions.
- Add “Canada Gold” as payee.
- Use the account number given during the purchase.
- Share your payment confirmation number with us.
- Your bullion will be available for pickup one business day after payment is cleared.
Wire Transfer
- Recommended for purchases over $25,000.
- Please call or visit your local Canada Gold office to receive an invoice number, confirm inventory and exact amounts before proceeding with payment.

- Pay in store at the time of purchase.
- Typical debit card limits are $1,000 – $10,000. Please confirm with your bank if you need a limit increase for larger transactions.
- Get instant access to your bullion upon payment.
E-Transfer
- Please call or visit your local Canada Gold office to receive an order number, confirm inventory and exact amounts before proceeding with payment.
- Transfer to pay@canadagold.ca
- In the memo, please provide the order number provided to you during your purchase.
- Maximum amount is set by each bank for individual clients and is up to $10,000 per day for BMO customers.
- Your bullion will be available for pickup one business day after payment is cleared.
Bank Draft
- Maximum amount $25,000.
- Please call or visit your local Canada Gold office to confirm inventory and exact amounts before proceeding with payment.
- Draft should be made payable to “Pollock-Cameron Investments Corporation”.
- Ensure exact amounts. We do not provide change on bank drafts.
- We accept only bank drafts from Canadian Banks and Trust Companies.
- Present bank draft at the Canada Gold office on the same day that it is dated.
- Your bullion will be available for pickup after a clearance period of 6-8 business days.
Credit Cards issued by Canadian Banks
- Credit Cards issued by Canadian Banks accepted at Canada Gold locations in Alberta and British Columbia.
- Maximum amount $20,000.
- These payments incur a 2.4% surcharge.
- Instant access to your bullion upon payment.
Cash
All transactions are subject to the rules and regulations of our Compliance Regime, under the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA).
- Our usual cash payment limit is $5,000. For cash payments above $5,000, valid ID and approval from a store manager are required. A 1% surcharge will apply to cash payments amounts above $5,000.
- Only modern Canadian polymer bills, which include a clear vertical strip, are accepted. Our staff may accept up to $1,000 of older Canadian bills, at the manager’s discretion.
- Your bullion is available for pickup immediately.
Toronto, Mississauga, Hamilton (Ontario)
Our GTA locations (Toronto, Mississauga, and Hamilton) currently do not accept payment via online bill payment, e-transfer, wire transfer, or credit card.

*Important Notes*
- Canada Gold does not accept payment by cheque or direct deposit to BMO tellers. Such funds can not be verified and will be declined.
- Please confirm inventory and exact amounts before proceeding with any payment. Payments received without a ticket/order number will not be accepted.
- You will be contacted directly by phone once remote payments have been verified, at which point you will be able to pick up your items.
- Please ensure you have photo ID available at time of pickup for verification.
